“Peasant of Level Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine” is a comedy fantasy about a world where level determines fate, but the strongest person turns out to be the one whom everyone is used to not noticing. He lives like an ordinary peasant, works with his hands, speaks simply and does not strive for fame, so those around him treat him condescendingly. The problem is that his strength has long gone beyond the bounds of common sense, and any random action turns into a feat, which he himself perceives as everyday life. The series is based on a situation where knights and magicians arrange pretentious missions, and the hero solves everything in one move, while sincerely not understanding why everyone is so surprised. Behind the humor lies a pleasant theme about the value of simple work, about calm confidence and about how not to lose humanity, having the opportunity to do anything. The story features monsters, guilds, heroines trying to figure out who he is, and enemies who mistake him for a world-class threat. But at the center remains his desire to live normally and protect those around him, even if the protection seems too powerful. This is a series for those who like light action, a parodic tone, and a hero who is stronger than everyone else but acts like a very ordinary person.
